From the moment I contacted the staff at Cremations Only, the service was amazing. Everyone was caring & compassionate but also very professional.
My brother was cared for with great respect & dignity. Paul was fantastic in helping us make arrangements - at such a difficult time for our family he made everything very easy.

He put us in touch with the celebrant Katie Wicking who was also amazing. They helped us to arrange the service, printed up orders of service, provided beautiful flowers & helped with the AV presentation. It all came together with a minimum of fuss. The whole experience was made easier by their exceptional team and I will always be grateful.

We chose Cremations Only ‘White Swan Funeral Service’ for our mum because it was easy to understand all the funeral features and had everything needed to give our mum a beautiful service to celebrate her life.

Aaron Kent our funeral director, was extremely sensitive and respectful while discussing and advising the funeral arrangements. He helped us with our photo slideshow for our mum and he was very easy to contact whenever we had any questions. Aaron also arranged the collection of the ashes for the following day so my sister could return home. Julie Wallace our celebrant, was warm and caring. Julie helped us to organise our mums order of service and supported us with suggestions for readings and music. Her beautiful calm manner perfectly reflected the love we felt for our mother. We would thoroughly recommend Cremations Only to our friends and family in the future.

I can't thank Cremations Only (Aaron and his team) enough for being firstly available at 11:30pm on a Friday evening and then executing exactly what my Father wanted for his funeral service. The whole team was personable, caring and thoughtful. Cremations Only took out the stress from such a sad occasion.
